We are fortunate enough to have certified, personal trainer Taylor Compton on our team. Taylor is a health and fitness expert who will work with you through consultations via Skype or over the phone. She will also be available for you to stay in touch with via email. Her programs vary in price depending on the amount of time you require for your personal fitness goals.
